We purchased this couch and a sleeper sofa and couldn't be happier. We originally found Made Right via Reddit, so we scheduled a consult with Edgar and were impressed. He was extremely helpful in making the decision to buy a sofa without sitting on it first, and in selecting which model might be best. His staff is also amazing--super helpful and responsive. The contracted delivery company was great too.
As for the sofas, they are both better than we expected and look to be built to last. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Made Right!

My experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The quality of this sofa feels like it would last several life times. Cushions are nice and firm, yet not stiff, giving me room to snooze off after long days of work.
I love the fact that the sofa was made to my order here in the States, and again the quality shows for it. I chose Joshua Sand as I felt it would be a timeless color that can be matched with any future decoration changes.
Last but not least, the customer service was great for me. I ordered swatches that arrived within a few days and after making the selection, the sofa was delivered into my living room within weeks.

I agonized about this purchase for over a year. We have a small living room and though the couch is a little big for our space, and a little beyond our budget, we are so happy with the purchase. It is beautiful and comfortable. The cushions are firm and yet let you sink in just enough. Customer service has also been very friendly and responsive. We splurged on this with the idea that it will last us 20 years, and now that we have it, I fully expect it will.
