Exchanges on Made-To-Order Items (Upholstered):
If you want to exchange your made-to-order upholstered item, we're here to help:

Exchanges within 14 Days:
If you decide to exchange within 14 days of delivery, we'll give you a refund for the full amount paid
(shipping fee not included) in the form of a credit towards your new order. We'll take care of the free
return shipping within 5-10 business days and help process your exchange with our production team.

Exchanges within 160 Days:
If you choose to exchange within 160 days of delivery, we'll give you a refund for the full amount paid
(excluding a 10% return processing fee and the original shipping fee) in the form of a credit towards
your new order. We'll also arrange for free return shipping within the 160-day timeframe. Alternatively,
if your new order's delivery and return occur within 160 days, we can sort out the exchange during the
delivery.

The Deets:
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items in good and like-new condition, free of any
damages or stains. Please note that any alteration made to your furniture will make it non-returnable.

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, hit us up at help@maderight.com with your order number or
reply to your original order confirmation email.

Restrictions & Limitations:
Our return policy allows for a maximum of one return or exchange per household, covering all items
placed under one order.

You have 10 business days to finalize your return and provide the necessary details after starting the
return or exchange process with our team.

All items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that all exchanges are subject to the current list price, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Once an exchange order is placed, it becomes non-cancellable and non-returnable.
