Trade pricing can’t be combined with sitewide sales or special promotions and isn’t retroactive on past orders. It’s always active year-round—no need to wait for a sale.
Typical lead time is 3–5 weeks for fabric pieces and 5–7 weeks for leather, depending on complexity and materials. We’ll confirm your estimated completion date when you order. For all COM orders, the production time starts once the COM material is received and checked in at our factory.
Yes. We’re fully COM-friendly. Send your fabric or leather to our California workshop—we’ll inspect, prep, and upholster to our standards. Our team can also confirm yardage and compatibility before you order.
Our delivery team brings the sofa into your client’s home, sets it up in the room of choice, removes packaging, and even offers a recycling add-on in California.
Absolutely. Virtual or in-person Sit Fits are available to help you and/or your clients get the perfect fit before ordering. It saves on revisions and guarantees satisfaction.
If you prefer, we can collaborate directly with your client on sizing and comfort, keeping you looped in on all final decisions. It’s your call.
