The buying experience and quality of product from MadeRight is unmatched by any other company out there. You have no idea how many places I went to look at couches. Restoration Hardware, room and board, Macys, living spaces (to name a few). I sat on them, laid on them, measured them, phone calls to support asking about foam density and fabric durability, took swatches home and stained them. No couch could meet my needs.
When I met Edgar I knew I found the perfect person and company. I’m very inquisitive and picky - Edgar answered all my questions and worked with me on finding the perfect fabric, size and style. I was even in a jamb and needed a sofa a real hurry. Edgar and his team went out of their way to get me a fully custom sofa, delivered in 10 days. The Sacramento couch I picked is beautiful and comfortable, which is very hard to come by. It was 10/10 experience from start to finish.

My wife and I recently went on a vacation where the home we rented had a large sectional from one of the many North Carolina based manufacturers. We have always used budget or hand-me-down sofas from family members and the seating experience sent us looking for that exact sofa. After finding it and sitting down with a local distributor, we found that the available configurations would either end up 20" too large or 20" too small.
After multiple weekends of exploring what our area in S.E. Florida had to offer, we didn't find anything we liked, let alone loved. I fell down a rabbit hole of Google and Reddit searches. At the depths of that hole, I found MadeRight mentioned routinely and heard about Edgar's background. We started slowly, ordering a box of swatches with both fabric and leather and after a few busy weeks decided to give a sit fit a try.
I expected the sit fit to be 15 or 20 minutes and a simple sales pitch but I couldn't be more wrong. Edgar spent over an hour talking through what we liked in a sofa, the brand that we fell for initially and which models from his lineup would provide a similar experience. We went into the call knowing that we wanted the not-so-frisco model but Edgar explained that the Sacramento has a similar look but a height that was in line with sofas that we've had positive experiences with. This sofa is not only made well, it's beautiful! We had a little hiccup but the team at Made Right, quite literally made the situation right. They went above and beyond and made a tough situation happen and not only was I completely impressed, my client had no idea that there was ever a hiccup. They are heavy and sturdy sofas. The seating feels comfortable and uniform wherever you sit on the cushions- I don’t feel like I’m sinking on the edge or in the middle. Comfortable to sit down, pull my legs up or to lay down on. And the fabric color is very nice - we chose Joshua fog and it’s lighter (and softer) than I thought which is a welcomed surprise.
