We love our new Sofa! We had a great experience with Made Right from the beginning. Edgar took time to help us choose the right piece for our space and style. Delivery was on time and a white glove experience. Our sofa is high quality and extremely comfortable. Our dog adopted it in less then 10 minutes after delivery!

It was time to buy a new sofa! There are so many companies out there but I came across MADE RIGHT CA and read up on them. I LOVE that they have California roots, are hand made in California and have beautiful designs. I ordered the swatch package, which arrived in a very short time, and for free. The fabrics were beautiful and the colors were lovely. I emailed with a few questions because I was having a hard time choosing which design would be best for my back which I have been having issues with. The customer support team emailed me back right away with a super friendly email answering every question I listed. They helped me determine that the Not Called Frisco with California Cush package would be great for me. So, I decided to take the plunge. I had a few more questions so I called and they answered all of those questions as well. They helped me figure out what size would be best for my space, by “building out” the dimensions of the sofa in question with boxes, which fabric would work best for my needs, including spilling a drink on a swatch and seeing it ball up and never leave a mark. I asked about my dog’s hair shedding on it and they suggested rubbing the fabric swatch directly on her. :D They really want you to put their fabric through real life situations and I thought that was awesome!
