We absolutely love this sectional. After our sit fit, it was recommended to get the California Cush cushions, and I gotta say they’re the most comfortable cushions I’ve ever had. It’s firm enough to feel supported but comfortable enough that you start to almost sink in. I’ve taken more naps on this couch in the last week than I did on my old couch in a year!

Pros:
- Quality of the material is fantastic with a soft touch and looks great (Sierra Nougat)
- The wood frame on the bottom is super high quality and looks fantastic
- Made Right worked with us (even the CEO) to get us exactly what we wanted and fit in our exact space needs
- Price for the quality and customization is unmatched in the industry
- Relatively quick turnaround from order to when we received the couch
Cons:
- Only comment would be that we would have liked to see more transparent communication from the time of order to delivery
Overall - would highly recommend this company to others looking for a high-quality couch that you can customize to your needs.
