How long does it take to receive my order?
At MadeRight, every item is made-to-order to your specific customizations to ensure quality and accuracy. Production for each piece takes 10-14 days from date of order. Delivery ranges from 7-21 days additionally, depending on delivery location.
What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?
Please reach out to us at info@maderightca.com to let us know about any issues within 48 hours of delivery. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, it's crucial to make a note on the delivery paperwork as well to ensure some carrier reimbursement for damages. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we will swiftly resolve the issue. We will provide a repair or replacement, depending on the concern. Your comfort is our top priority!
What are the warranty details?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all furniture frames and a 2-year warranty on fabric, foam, and legs from the date of purchase. If you have any warranty questions or specific concerns in redeeming warranty benefits, please reach out to us at info@maderightca.com.
What if I decide to return or exchange my order?
Within the first 14 days of delivery:
Returns will receive a full refund, less the original paid shipping fee. We'll arrange and cover the return pick up and shipping fee.
Exchanges will receive site credit for the full amount of purchase, less the original paid shipping fee. We'll arrange and cover the return pick up and shipping fee for the returned item.
After the first 14 days of delivery, we accept returns & exchanges for up to 180 days.

Refund Restrictions
MadeRight reserves the right to approve returns after the initial 14 day window based on the condition of the piece(s) verified via provided photos of the item(s) current condition. Any furniture alterations will automatically void return or exchange eligibility.
Items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Return policy allows for a single return or exchange per household, per order. We allow for a 10-day window to complete your return once initiated and necessary details have been provided by our team.
All exchanges are subject to the current list price, with potential additional shipping fees. Once an exchange is placed, it becomes non-cancellable and non-returnable.
